The Sophia Mappa Guild gathers regularly to work on a
quilt will to be given away following the church's annual Pilgrimage
Service in June.
This year the Unitarian Church of Barneveld’s
Sophia Mappa Guild quilters created a cheerful Amish Quilt with a black
quilted center and colorful blue and red diamond patterns surrounding it.
The Amish Quilt will be raffled off at our 87th
Annual Pilgrimage on June 20, 2010. Raffle tickets for the Amish Quilt are
available through our website. The Guild requests a $1.00 donation for one
ticket or $5.00 for six tickets to enter the drawing for the Quilt.
Tickets for the chance to win the quilt are available on a
2010 Tickets.pdf. To
be included in the drawing,
send a check to cover the number of tickets you fill out. Mail the
check with the entry portion of each ticket you filled out. Be sure to
include your with your name, phone number and mailing address.
Checks must be received no later than Friday, June 18th for your tickets
to be included in the drawing. If you are unable to print and
include the tickets, let us know how many tickets you would like and
include a check for the proper amount and your contact information and we
will fill out your tickets before the drawing.
